You can think positively all the time but taking action is as important as your thinking.

If you keep throwing out enough balls, the universe will eventually provide you with a home run.
Think about all those times that you did not know what to do or how you would reach your goals. But somehow you did not give up and kept taking action and did not sit on your couch to moan and fall apart.

Well that is the key for me to achieve those desires and mental pictures of what I want.
You do not have to know what exactly to do, just do little things, keep on moving, show up and throw out those balls.

Mike Dooley is the one that really clarified this for me in his book  Leveraging the Universe.

I tend to get paralyzed by my fear and get blocked. Well now despite the fear, I still take little actions.
Do some research on the web, connect with people on Facebook,  go to the park for a walk, clean out your fridge, call someone for help or ideas and the list goes on and on….

Just keep on taking action.

Another author, my favorite, Wallace Wattles has almost 3 chapters in his book Science Of Getting Rich about taking action. So I figured there must be something right about it.

I have to admit, I am one of those people who says positive things and affirmations to myself, holds a clear mental picture of what I want in my mind, blocks out all the external negative influences.

But my biggie is BELIEF and FAITH.

How do I believe that what I am visualizing  and affirming for is true and how do I have unwavering faith that it will become reality.

Well I know now that even though I do not always believe my affirmations or the visualizations  I am thinking,  I can still keep on taking little actions.
And that is what I do and it helps me get out of the paralysis of fear.

So, instead of “Grease” is the word, sing to yourself “ACTION” is the word.

Go ahead let’s sing it together:

“Action is the word, is the word that you heard
It’s got groove it’s got meaning
Action is the time, is the place is the motion
Action is the way we are feeling
Action is the word

So I have decided to start changing my subconscious beliefs about wealth and abundance and want to retrain myself.
And the way I am going to do this is by saying, writing, thinking, meditating  and focusing on the following sentence: “I AM PROSPERITY”.
I have started saying it in my mind for 2 days now. But today January 18 is the official start date and I have committed to do this exercise for 7 days straight.

I will say “I AM PROSPERITY” 100 times a day to myself, 3 times a day. Additionally I will write it down 100 times, 3 times a day.

And I have to be honest, even though I just started this I already feel a lightness and love that I now have a replacement thought every time my mind wonders to worry or stress or obsess about something. I can now stop that immediately and replace with my new thought “I AM PROSPERITY”.

Well that’s it for now but I will keep posting my progress and sensations during the next 7 days here.
